We currently have the following vacancies:-
MANUFACTURING TEAMS:
Composite Operator (Experienced) working in a Clean Room environment - Applicants should have a proven track record of pre-preg laminating within the Aerospace/Automotive environment.
Trainee Composite Operator working in a Clean Room environment - Applicants should have a good hands-on back ground e.g. assembly work, mechanics, dress making/tailoring, DIY or carpentry. We are looking for people who have good manual dexterity, attention to detail and the will and the want to produce a first class quality component.
Composite Operator (Experienced) working as a Fitter/Finisher - Applicants should have a proven track record of carrying out both finishing and fitting work within the Aerospace/Automotive environment.
Trainee Composite Operator working as a Fitter/Finisher - Applicants should have a good hands-on back ground e.g. assembly work, mechanics, dress making/tailoring, DIY or carpentry. Used to working with electrical power tools. We are looking for people who have good manual dexterity, attention to detail and the will and the want to produce a first class quality component.

SUPPORT TEAMS:
Due to the Continuing Expansion of the Business we wish to recruit additional staff in the following areas:
Project Engineers - (dual English/German or English/French languages would be an advantage) educated to degree level in mechanical and/or composites engineering, with solid experience in an aerospace or marine composites environment . You will have the following personal qualities: To have the want and will to assume a sensible level of responsibility, excellent communication skills at all levels, the ability to manage, prioritise and where necessary multi-task your work, the ability to motivate and get others “on board” with you, the necessary drive to meet and achieve deadlines, goals and objectives within a team environment, practically minded with good hands-on skills, the ability to quickly and accurately problem solve,have a commercial sense which balances technical needs against cost saving initiatives.
